Wholesale ordering through The Diabetic Depot is limited to licensed pharmacies, distributors and other authorized trade partners. Approval requires a valid license and account documentation — once your account is approved, you get full catalog access, pricing quoted specifically for your account, and the ability to submit purchase orders directly.
What to submit
Have these ready before you apply — they’re what we verify to approve your account.
- State pharmacy or wholesale distributor licenseA current, active license issued in the state where your business operates.
- DEA registrationRequired where applicable to the products your account will order.
- Resale certificateSupports tax-exempt wholesale purchasing where applicable.
- Completed W-9Needed to establish your account for invoicing and payment reconciliation.
- Shipping and billing addressesThe locations where purchase orders ship and where invoices are billed.
- Accounts payable contactA name, email and phone number for the person who handles payment on your account.
Approval timeline & what happens next
- Application submittedYour application and supporting documents are received and logged for review.
- License & document verificationWe verify your license, DEA registration (where applicable) and resale certificate.
- Account approvedCatalog access is confirmed, wholesale pricing is quoted for your account, and current dating is confirmed at approval.
- Purchase orders openSubmit POs through the catalog and purchase-order builder for review and confirmation before anything ships.
Ordering terms
- Purchase orders are reviewed and confirmed by email before anything ships.
- Every unit ships mint — sealed, no tape, no residue, no shelf wear.
- Dating tiers refresh on the 20th of each month; confirm dating at PO approval.
- Payment terms are set per account: Zelle, Apple Pay, ACH or wire.
Accepted payment methods
Wholesale pricing is quoted per account after approval — see the full catalog or start a purchase order to request pricing on specific SKUs.
